Get your Siezed Vehicle back : High court Kerela

The country is under lockdown due to novel coronavirus but some peoples takes it lightly and does not follow the rules and regulations of lockdown.

Even some people gets on ride with their vehicles in this lockdown period.

Since this lockdown is very important as novel coronavirus is spreading out fastly so government increases the lock down period and the police is more strict than before.

During this lock down period peoples who violates the rule of  the Lockdown , police seized their vehicles.

And and at some places police also fine challan against these violations.

How to get your Siezed Vehicle back ?

On on 17th April Friday the high court of Kerala passed  general  order to release the seized vehicle of the peoples which are seized during this lockdown period due to the violations of lock down rules and regulations.

To release your vehicle you have to submit a copy of your licence ,RC book, insurance, pollution to the police station under which your vehicle was Siezed , to verify the ownership.

Also there will be a fine for your violations as directed by the high court of Kerala.

The list of fines for various vehicles are given below.

• Two wheeler and Auto rickshaw.           - Rs.1000
• Light motor vehicles                                 - Rs.2000
• Stage carrier or Medium good Vehicle - Rs.4000
• Heavy Goods vehicles.                             - Rs.5000

The High Court of Kerala also stated that this rule does not applicable on the peoples who continuously violates the rules or the repeater offenders.
